Program Description
Support Staff Cyber Connections is a pilot program designed for support staff wishing to collaborate online with other colleagues across the Eastern Region in professional development activities. The design of the program enables participants to share and build best practices and effective workplace strategies while exploring emerging communication tools and Web based technologies.
Program Outcomes
The Support Staff Cyber Connections program enables participants to:
- Create a collaborative, interactive learning environment with colleagues through the development of an online community of practice
- Use tools of reflective practice to self- assess professional goals and identify priorities for development
- Share skill sets and operational competencies required to complete
day to day tasks and assignments.
